Large antique primitive wood dough bowl trencher with turned rim

 

 

 

Beautiful solid maple wood dough bowl. I came across this bowl and a few others here in the Hudson Valley area of New York. It has a diameter that varies from 14 1/2 across, with a pretty deep depth of 4 1/2"" Bowl is more oval then round, a sure fool proof sign of it's age.

This bowl has great patina, a 1" rim around the top and remains in very good condition.

Can be used as intended, on the wall or as a centerpiece for your table!
