This stunning table is one of my favorite antique finds in many months! I love the French blue color which has aged nicely and in places has developed a three dimensional chalky appearance. The paint may have been Farrow Ball which lends a three dimensional, chalky matt finish to walls and furniture.
Table was unlikely to have had a painted finish originally, paint finish looks to be around 50 years old.

Painted furniture, especially blue is very popular right now in interior decorating.
Table dates from early 20th c. to the 1950's, features beautiful carved motifs and and nice details. There are two pull out draws which slide out easily.

Overall this table is beautiful and will make a grand impact in a large hallway or as part of a living room. Can be used as an attractive desk or sideboard.
Table looks to be British or perhaps American in origin.
Measures: 66" long by 26" wide and 30" high.
